Warranty and Repairs Process

At Human Design Hawaii, we understand that life is unpredictable. And as we work to provide you with fine jewelry made from the highest quality of materials, we know accidents happen. But accidents shouldn’t be the end of your treasured pieces. That is why we provide question-free repairs for any piece of jewelry purchased directly from our website. We have made the process as simple as possible for our clients.

 

Claiming the Repair

First, you will open an email and address it to: shophumandesign@gmail.com. In the email all you need to include is:

  1. Your name
  2. Original order number
  3. Return address
  4. Photo of the damaged item

If you cannot find the order number, no problem. We just need the date of purchase and the last four digits of the card used for the purchase. 

 

Shipping the Repair

Although the repair itself is covered under the warranty, the shipping cost will be the client’s responsibility. Once we have confirmed your claim, we will send you the invoice for the shipping label. 

  • For shipments under $150.00 the label fee will be $15.00.
  • Any orders placed above $150 will be shipped with Fedex or USPS insured and will incur a different fee. The costs for the labels will be calculated at the time of shipment. 
  • International orders will ship using DHL – we have competitive commercial pricing, which we are happy to extend to our customers. All import taxes and duties from your country will be your responsibility. DHL will contact you regarding those fees.
  • Additionally, if any stones are missing from your jewelry you will receive and additional invoice for the current market cost of the replacement stones

Once we receive the paid shipping label we will confirm and you can then print and attach to any small/fitting box. This is a prepaid shipping label so you should be able to just drop it off at the post office without waiting in line. 

 

Awaiting and Repairing Your Item

We will track your shipment and eagerly await its arrival. Each item requires a different timeline to complete the repair based on what is needed so once it arrives we will assess the damage and reach out to you with an estimated time of completion. 

 

Sweet Return

As soon as the repair is completed we will send it back to you with the premade shipping label for a seamless and safe return.
